  • Advising and assisting our clients in analyzing and evaluating their business, operations, and financial position
  • Defining M&A objectives, performing a valuation analysis, and structuring the transaction
  • Assisting in the preparation of an information memorandum to be utilized in discussions with prospective participants in the transaction
  • Identifying a comprehensive list of potential strategic and financial buyers
  • Overseeing management presentations and the due diligence process
  • Working with the client’s attorneys to review all requisite documents, and 
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions of the transaction

Buy-side M&A transactions generally include :
  • Working with the client to devise an M&A strategy that takes into account current market conditions and competitive factors
  • Identifying a comprehensive list of prospective targets for the client;
  • Contacting prospective targets to gain specific insight into their businesses
  • Managing the due diligence process
  • Working with the client’s attorneys to review all requisite documents
  • Negotiating the terms and conditions of the transaction
  • Providing any other assistance necessary to achieve a completed transaction satisfactory to the client

We focus on companies with enterprise value of up to $250M.
